I am the Fatherhood Program Coordinator at Charles Co. Dept. of Social Servivces. What our program does to recognize fathers is have an annual Father's Banquet for the dads that have completed the program or are currently enrolled. We also invite their children, too. This is an evening of fun activities, good food and to praise these men for what they do and who they are!!!!
